We hired Atlantic Remodeling for a home addition that included a new office and a second-story room above it. The project required a few revisions with the building department, but their team handled everything professionally and kept us on schedule. Communication was excellent, the craftsmanship is outstanding, and the new addition blends perfectly with our home. Atlantic Remodeling and Tim Carmody recently completed a total remodeling of our house in Delray Beach. The remodel include a new kitchen, 2.5 baths and new finishes on all walls, floors and ceilings.  The job took 5 1/2 months and the home was unoccupied during the remodel.  We are totally satisfied with the work completed and recommend Atlantic without reservation.  We would use him again.  Tim's communication was great. Recently I needed to renovate my master and guest bathrooms.  I utilized the services of Atlantic Remodeling, Delray Beach.  Timothy Carmody is the owner and general contractor.  Tim and his team exceeded my expectations regarding communication, attention to details, and craftsmanship.  Tim also did a superb job navigating my condominium’s HOA rules and regulations as well as the Highland Beach building permit process. We had our guest bath completely redone by Atlantic Remodeling. The process was so smooth. It was well planned out. Tim kept the project moving every day. His crew were on time everyday, worked hard, and did meticulous work. Tim communicated with us every day and was always on site overseeing the progress and planning the next days agenda. All I can say is WOW! When we decided  to fix up our house to put on  the market to sell we knew we had to  call Tim at Atlantic Remodeling. Everything from our bathroom to the kitchen and basic repairs in the dining room Atlantic Remodeling did a Fantastic job! They definitely take pride In their work and have excellent craftsman’s ship. Tim & his guy Mário did a WONDERFUL job renovating our laundry room!  The house was built without any access to the dryer vent or washer water hoses (buried under a glued-on countertop).  We developed a novel way to allow access when needed and Atlantic did a fantastic job with the new countertops and new tile.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this firm & team!!!!

We have renovated kitchens and bathrooms in the past and working with Tim has, by far, been the most positive experience we have had. Tim is so professional, meticulous in his work, and met every timeline that was established. Professionalism, expertise and responsiveness are the words I use to describe our experience with Timothy at Atlantic Remodeling. As promised, Timothy stayed with us throughout the entire process, answering questions promptly, providing insights and advice and making sure the job was going well. This is all in addition to the vision he had for our space, which far exceeded the original concept we had in mind. With his help, we now have a fantastic space instead of just a nice space! Timothy made sure that with his design, we understood all the options and constraints when we made suggestions or changes to the kitchen layout. It was a great working with Timothy . We hired Atlantic to remodel our entire downstairs including kitchen, flooring, interior doors, living room, dining room and foyer. They also painted the entire interior of our home, built out a stone wall feature and installed an electric fireplace. The work is A+ quality. Not only that, they kept our house clean throughout the entire process which was important to us because we were living in the home with our son and dog during the entire renovation. Tim and his team have very high standards for quality. He and his workers were always on time and very friendly. We hired Atlantic Remodeling to remodel our guest bathroom and install our kitchen stove top exhaust fan, because the company came highly recommended by a friend. We were not disappointed!! Tim and his workers were highly skilled, professional, clean, and most importantly, kept to their promised timeline, something other general contractors had not done for us in the past. Tim cared for our home like it was his own, paying attention to every last detail, doing things right, not just the easiest way. It was like having a family member do the job! We have already recommended Tim to two of our friends after they saw the job they did in our guest bathroom.  What sets Tim aside from the rest is his steadfast way of keeping you calm and satisfied throughout the entire project. His expert skills, dedicated work ethic, and calm professional demeanor make him the perfect general contractor. You will not be disappointed.
