Create Your Dream Home In 11 Steps
Step 1. Contact Us
Complete the form on our contact page to help us understand your vision for your space.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
After receiving your form, we will call you to talk through your project details. During this call, we will discuss timelines and pricing estimates so we can create the perfect renovation for you.
Step 3. On-Site Consultation
We have an onsite consultation where we’ll discuss your project and start envisioning what your space will look like.
Step 4. Design Phase
We want to make sure you get the living space of your dreams. We thoroughly examine your project and create design renderings of your remodel. We also have you pick out materials so we can create a design that matches your expectations.
Step 5. Sign The Contract
After we review all the details we sign the contract and schedule your project.
Step 6. We Protect Your Home
Before we begin our work, we protect the parts of your home that won’t be undergoing construction. We take care of your house as if it were our own.
Step 7. We Get To Work
We start working on your home’s transformation. We will be available to answer your questions and keep you updated throughout your renovation.
Step 8. Daily Project Updates
We provide you with daily updates about our progres and address any issues or concerns that arise.
Step 9. Job Completion And Walkthrough
Once the project is complete we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that all work has been completed. If there are any minor items that need to be addressed we create a punch list and work with you to complete them.
Step 10. 5-Year Warranty
Your peace of mind is our priority; that's why we offer a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on all things that are within our control and covered in the contract. You'll also benefit from the manufacturer's warranty on materials.
Step 11. Follow Up
We continue checking in to ensure you remain delighted with your new space. After your project, we will follow up with you in 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, and 12 months.
